Bio
Inga grew up in Hamburg, Germany where at an early age she became an accomplished young horse trainer working for Holsteiner and Oldenburg breeders. She received her MA from the University of Hamburg and worked full time with legendary dressage trainer Herbert Rehbein. During that time she had the opportunity to refine her skills to successfully develop young horses to Grand Prix competitors.
In 2000 Inga moved to the US. She qualified horses for the National Young Horse Championships 6 years in a row and shows every year at Dressage at Devon. She successfully prepares and competes her own and clients’ horses at FEI levels and has won countless High Score and USEF/USDF awards.
Inga's students come from all disciplines and backgrounds (working equitation, hunters, eventing, dressage, jumping). She works with her students to become independent riders and to understand how they can improve their horse’s performance. They readily move up the levels from Training/Novice to FEI. Her international experience, proven track record, and enthusiasm make Inga a popular teacher and clinician. She resides in Gainesville, FL, and trains with Bent Jensen and clinics with Morten Thomsen.
Inga is a certified Mediator and mediates private and court-referred cases.
